3. Counter-Notification

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Xtreamable maintains a strict policy regarding repeat infringers. Accounts subject to multiple valid copyright infringement notices will be reviewed, and Xtreamable reserves the right to terminate such subscriptions without refund.

5. Misuse of the DMCA Process

Filing a false DMCA takedown notice is a serious legal matter. Any person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
