Step 1: Download and Install IBO Player

Navigate to your device's application store and search for "IBO Player". Download and install the application. It is free to download, with a small one-time activation fee charged by the app developer.

Step 2: Open and Note Your Device ID

Launch IBO Player on your device. On the home screen, you will see a Device ID and Key displayed. Take note of both values -- you will need to provide these to Xtreamable to activate your service.

Step 3: Send Your Details to Xtreamable

Contact our support team via:

Provide your Device ID and Key along with your subscription details. Our team will activate your account remotely, usually within 15 minutes.

Step 4: Restart and Start Watching

Once our team confirms activation, simply restart the IBO Player application. Your full channel lineup, electronic programme guide (EPG) and video-on-demand library will load automatically.

Tips for the Best Streaming Experience

  • Internet speed: A minimum of 25 Mbps is recommended for 4K streaming, 10 Mbps for Full HD.
